Accor Romford will be providing a new Ibis hotel above an existing Co-Op food store. A new hotel lobby will be created at ground floor with restaurant/bar accommodation at first floor and 7 storeys of hotel bedrooms above with the existing façade retained. Completion is due in summer 2021.
